Payment Timing
The applicable membership payment is charged at enrollment or on the agreed membership start/billing date.
Recurring membership payments continue according to the selected billing interval until cancelled.
The exact payment dates are displayed through the membership enrollment and billing process.
Service Start
Gym access begins when registration is approved, the applicable payment and required waiver procedures have been completed, and the membership or visitor-pass activation conditions have been satisfied.
Automatic Renewal
Recurring memberships automatically renew for the originally selected interval.
Each subsequent renewal is charged at the agreed applicable rate unless the membership is cancelled or changed by agreement.
Cancellation
Members may request cancellation at any time.
There is currently no standard cancellation fee.
