Iron Shogun Gym Retail Policy
Effective Date: Monday, November 2, 2026
Iron Shogun sells selected apparel, workout supplements, and related merchandise at its physical gym location.
1. In-Store Purchases
Retail products are currently sold in person at Iron Shogun Gym.
We do not currently provide merchandise shipping or an online shipping service.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payment methods may include:
Cash
Credit and debit cards processed through Square
Eligible payments processed through Gymdesk
A receipt or other appropriate purchase record will be provided.
3. Tax
Apparel and other goods subject to Japan’s standard consumption-tax rate are charged at 10%.
Qualifying food and supplement products may be subject to the 8% reduced rate.
The applicable tax rate will be determined by the product classification and Japanese tax rules.
Customers will be shown the final tax-inclusive price.
4. Returns
Iron Shogun does not generally accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
This policy does not exclude statutory consumer rights where an item is defective, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the sales agreement.
5. Apparel Size Exchanges
Apparel may be eligible for an exchange to another available size.
The product must be returned in the same saleable condition in which it was purchased.
Customers should provide a receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase.
Size exchanges are subject to available inventory.
If the requested size is unavailable, staff will explain the available options.
APPROVAL REQUIRED: Confirm the exact exchange-request deadline before publication.
6. Supplements
Iron Shogun sells selected protein powders, pre-workout supplements, and similar products sourced through suppliers in Japan.
Customers should inspect product details, ingredient information, and warnings before use.
Opened or used supplements are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
If a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer remedies, Iron Shogun will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
