Existing members who joined under the no-fee terms will not be charged a newly introduced registration fee merely for maintaining their existing membership.
4. Automatic Membership Renewal
Recurring memberships automatically renew according to the plan originally selected.
The following recurring billing schedules apply:
Monthly Membership: ¥8,500 every month
3-Month Membership: ¥24,000 every three months

Memberships continue automatically until cancelled or changed by agreement.
Members do not automatically switch to monthly billing after their original 3-, 6-, or 12-month period.
The actual first-payment date and next recurring charge date must be displayed before the member completes enrollment.
5. Visitor Passes
One-day, three-day, and seven-day visitor passes provide temporary gym access during applicable operating hours.
Visitor passes do not automatically renew and do not establish recurring membership charges.
A visitor must complete any required registration, acknowledgement, and waiver before entering.
The precise activation time and validity period must be disclosed when the visitor purchases the pass.
6. Cancellation Requests
Members may request cancellation at any time by contacting Iron Shogun staff or emailing:
Iron.shogun.gym@gmail.com
There is currently no standard cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee: ¥0.
Members should request cancellation before their next scheduled automatic payment to avoid renewal.
Staff will process cancellation requests promptly and confirm the effective cancellation date.
The precise administrative cutoff before the next billing date must be confirmed and disclosed before this policy becomes effective.
Members remain responsible for legitimate charges already incurred, subject to applicable cancellation and refund rights.
7. Cancellation of Prepaid Memberships
Members with 3-, 6-, or 12-month prepaid memberships may request cancellation before the next automatic renewal.
The treatment of unused prepaid membership time, refunds, or credits must be specified and accepted before enrollment.
APPROVAL REQUIRED: Insert the finalized early-cancellation refund and unused-membership-credit terms before publication.
No additional cancellation penalty currently applies.
8. Future Fee Changes
Iron Shogun may introduce new fees or revise pricing for future membership agreements after providing the required disclosures and obtaining agreement where necessary.
Existing members under the current no-signup-fee and no-cancellation-fee arrangement will retain those fee protections.
No future cancellation fee will automatically apply to existing members without an appropriate legal and contractual basis.
9. Membership Freezes
Members may request a temporary membership freeze through gym staff.
Freeze requests may be made for travel, deployment, illness, injury, or other circumstances.
Staff will review and process approved freezes through the membership-management system.
The applicable pause period, billing adjustment, access limitations, and resumption date will be confirmed to the member.
No automatic freeze entitlement or unapproved billing adjustment is promised.
10. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
Follow gym rules and staff instructions
Use equipment appropriately
Respect other members
Avoid dangerous or intentionally destructive behavior
Maintain accurate membership information
Complete required waivers
Pay agreed recurring membership charges until cancellation takes effect

People under 18 may only use the facility under an approved arrangement involving the required parent or responsible adult supervision and consent.
Minors are not permitted to use the free-weight area.
12. Guests
Members may bring guests.
Each guest must purchase the appropriate visitor pass or maintain a valid membership.
Guests must complete all required registration and safety procedures.
A member’s membership does not automatically provide free access to another person.
13. Personal Trainers
Independent personal trainers may train clients at Iron Shogun subject to gym rules and management approval.
Trainers must maintain their own valid membership.
Clients must also maintain their own membership or purchase an appropriate visitor pass.
Trainers with more than five eligible clients may qualify for a special trainer membership rate, subject to verification and separately agreed pricing.
No specific trainer discount amount is guaranteed unless confirmed by management.
14. Suspension or Termination
Iron Shogun may suspend or terminate access for serious safety violations, intentional misconduct, unauthorized access, harassment, or deliberate damage.
Actions will be proportionate to the circumstances and comply with applicable laws.
Where a paid membership is terminated by the gym, any applicable refund rights will be considered under Japanese law and the membership agreement.
15. Acknowledgement
By completing membership registration, members acknowledge that they have been provided access to the applicable membership terms, gym rules, privacy policy, billing details, and required liability waiver.
Iron Shogun will retain appropriate records of acceptance through its registration system.
